Customer Support Specialist

Talemetry is a cloud software solution (SAAS) that provides recruiters with all the tools they need to find, attract & engage top talent. Talemetry integrates with industry leading Applicant Tracking System’s to deliver a complete talent acquisition solution to support today’s recruiting challenges.

 

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will work with our Customer Support team providing support to a broad base of global users of our technology solution. Providing ouststanding customer service along with expert technical advice is critical.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and customer happiness.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions by phone and email to customer support requests.
  • Support and troubleshoot customer problems within a SaaS environment.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer issues from start to finish.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are tracked and maintained accurately in the case management system.
  • Accurately prioritize cases and workload and identify requests that require escalation.
  • Contribute to an expanding knowledge base by documenting resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive company image during all interactions with the customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with the customer.
  • Collaborate with other teams to quickly identify issues and provide a resolution for the customer.
  • Find solutions to customer issues by researching the knowledgebase, wiki, training materials, or recreating customer environments for testing purposes.
  • Must work a 9:30a-6:00p M-F standard shift.

 

Qualification/Education/Experience:

 

  • Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Great planning and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate customer service function
