Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator who is ready for growth. You will join a strong team that is excited about the company’s growth and the industry leadership that this role will help further establish.


In the role of Marketing Coordinator you will carry out ABM (Account Base Marketing) campaign activities to generate leads and marketplace visibility.  You will be an essential member of a high performing team carrying out campaigns, tracking results, and continuously improving. You will be reporting to the Director of Marketing working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.


Core Responsibilities


Campaign Management


  • Work in integrated fashion with sales and marketing leadership to create & carry out integrated ABM campaign deliverables in Hubspot including campaigns, email marketing, blogging, content marketing, social media marketing, design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Create market segmentation lists to support campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to propose improvements in marketing campaign execution. 


Social Media Marketing

  • Manage social media channels including tracking industry.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and potentially additional channels (Snapchat, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links.
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success.
  • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers.


Email Marketing

  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Write and edit persona based emails to drive engagement. 
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of our email sends.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.


Data Management


  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Create and upload new contacts to support campaigns.
  • Webinar and event marketing
  • Support marketing team as needed to carry out virtual and in-person events including ordering collateral, scheduling travel plans, and ensuring logistics for event success. 
  • Work with product management and marketing team to understand products, solutions, the roadmap and competitor's strengths/weaknesses.
  • Stay informed on inbound marketing industry developments.
  • Stay informed on recruitment industry trends.




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience with online marketing and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data analysis
  • Understanding of ABM (Account based marketing) strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Strong writing skills
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of search engine optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Docs
  • Hubspot experience a plus
