Talemetry is a cloud software solution (SAAS) that provides recruiters with all the tools they need to find, attract & engage top talent. Talemetry works with industry leading Applicant Tracking System’s to deliver a complete talent acquisition solution to support today’s recruiting challenges.

 

We are looking to add a Director, Technical Services to the team. You must be super technical, passionate about data, and solution and customer oriented. In this leadership role  you will be able to handle a mixture of customer operations, project management, solution architecture, and data investigation within our cloud platform and customer ATS systems.  This expertise in essential in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrations, Analytics, Data Segmentation and 3rd party data conversion activities, GDPR and other compliance solutions.
In addition to a leadership role, this is also a hands on role who is a trusted advisor supporting complex technical solutions for our customers and internal teams of Product, Hosting, Customer Success, Professional Services in everything about customer data.  This “expert’ will also serve as the technical solutions and escalation point for issues impacting our customer’s success and function as an internal champion, gathering and sharing the feedback to various organizations like Hosting, Product Management, Support, etc. to drive the appropriate solutions to completion.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage technical solutions and technical service delivery (Customer Web Development, Custom Reports, Integration Configuration and support, Managed Services)
  • Drive technical critical customer issues / escalations and manage - through to completion;
  • QA analysis of customer solution and data in the ATS and Talemetry (pre/post integrations) to ensure alignment of solution
  • Directly deliver (both written and verbal) highly technical root cause investigation results across internal and external organizations at all levels
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
  • Transforming Technical Services to be more proactive, predictive and customer focused
  • Leading our customers through their technology solutions
  • Implement best practice technical support people, process and tools to enable success
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Effective communicator, confident and capable

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

 

  • 10+ years of product and enterprise architecture experience directly related to data, analytics, reporting and information lifecycle management.
  • A track record of delivery in challenging, face-paced environments
  • Understanding of emerging SAAS / ATS integration technologies
  • Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with data
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably ATS - Taleo, PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS
